Adam Murphy BA (Hons) ACII
Managing Director and Consultant
Adam started in the industry in 1997 at Aon, whilst also completing a BA Honours degree in Financial Services. Adam moved to Talbot Underwriting in 2008, where he ended in the role of Head of Aviation Treaty, until leaving in 2017. More recently, Adam was Head of Client Management at Russell Group Ltd, providing consultancy for over 35 (Re)insurance clients.
Elaine Williams
Finance and Operations Manager
Elaine has extensive experience in finance management, payroll and administration, having worked in the sector for over 24 years. Elaine is passionate about what she does and has helped a number of different businesses thrive. As Finance and Operations Manager, Elaine oversees all areas relating to finance and administration, procedures and banking.
Liv Thirlwell
Marketing Assistant
Liv graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Advertising from the University of the Arts London. Liv has a strong interest in brands, research methods and key aspects of business, marketing and economics. In her role as Marketing Assistant, Liv is helping the business to grow via a combination of both digital marketing and traditional strategies.
